Connections

CFAP connects parents with persons who will serve as support at school expulsion meetings, IEP meetings and other meetings that parents may wish to have someone with them as extra support.

Connections provides parents, care-takers and guardians with the training and resources that will help them minimize distractions that impact their child or children's learning experience and maximize their child or children's potential.  

Parents will be connected to professionals, community advocates, organizations and individuals who have a strong desire to children and youth achieve academically.
